Notice! Rockford Regulators Cancel Two Day Shoot!

It wasn’t an easy decision, but we have taken the decision to cancel the two day Cowboy Match for June 6 & 7.
As you already know, Northland Drive is under major renovation. This project created a need for a large amount of sand, which we happen to have. The problem is, part of it runs right through the cowboy area and they are in the middle of removing it. There is precious little time left to prepare for such a major match and we really do not know the entire excavation/grading plan at this time nor do we know what the time table is for completion. This leaves us no way of being confidant that we could be ready to put on a match at all, let alone the type we are accustomed to offering.
As a result, instead of having to cancel at the last minute, or scrambling to throw together a shoot with the grounds in a complete state of chaos, we had to call it based on today’s conditions.
We will concentrate on putting as much back together by the 4th of July shoot as we can and we hope to see you then.
Northland Drive is once again under construction! Then entire stretch from 13 mile rd to 14 mile rd is being reconstructed with completion scheduled for August! You CANNOT get through from 14 mile rd heading South! If your route is northbound you can get to the club using Northland Dr. by going through the area under construction. It is somewhat rough but should remain passable until completed. If your route is from the North, take 14 mile rd to Summit and take Summit South to 13 mile rd then East to Northland and then North through the construction area. All shoots are still being held!
